Create a new assignment or edit an existing one Verify that the help icons for the submission and feedback types can be used without toggling the checkboxes Verify that hovering over the help icons with the mouse displays some useful alt text e.g. "Help with Online text".  Verify that tabbing through the form with keyboard will allow focusing on the help icons. Verify that when focusing the icons with the keyboard, they either display the help text immediately (boost theme) or display it after pressing enter (clean theme) Test with both Clean and Boost themes
