Test using Clean theme

Add at least a student with each enrol method manual, cohort, database, flatfile, self, paypal, lti, meta

When using the Clean theme, navigate to the enrolment page and check that hovering over the Info icon img does turn the mouse pointer to a hand.

while testing ~~MDL-58928~~ I noticed that icon does not turn into a hand when I hover it in Clean.

Also when hovering the icons , delete and edit enrolment the weird symbol (something like _) appears. Maybe some extra spaces?
