url_select overflows from the containing div

      Note: Test on Boost and Clean

      1. Create a course with at least 2 sections. Make sure the course's layout is set to "Show one section per page"
      2. Give at least one of the sections with a very long name.
      3. Create at least 3 page resources. Give at least one of the page resources with a very long name.
      4. On the course page, navigate to a section so that you see the section navigation controls, especially the "Jump to..." drop down menu.
      5. Reduce the page's width.
        • Confirm that the drop down menu does not exceed its container's width.

      2. Check the "Jump to... drop down menu.
        • Confirm that it stays in the middle of the page and does not overlap with the column containing the next activity link.
      3. Reduce the page's width.

      2. Open the template for core/url_select.
        • Confirm that the label, the help icon, the select element and the Go button are inline with each other.
