[MDL-59702] Lesson overview report does not respect value of showuseridentity setting - Moodle Tracker

Go to 'Site administration' > 'Users' > 'Permissions' > 'User policies'.

Select some values for the 'Show user identity' setting

Create a course.

Enrol a couple of students.

Add a lesson with some questions.

Log in as the students and complete attempts.

Log back in as the admin and go to the course.

Click on the lesson and view the 'Overview' report.

Confirm all the user identity fields are shown in the table.

When viewing the lesson overview report only the user's name is shown, the system should display all of the identity columns.
