Course overview: hidden courses are not styled differently to visible ones

      Description

      As above. A teacher viewing the Course overview cannot differentiate hidden courses from visible ones. 

      It's really useful to have some sort of visual cue that a course is hidden as it's often a source of confusion - "students can't find the course"
