Drag and drop of repeated events in monthly view may need to be improved

    Description

      The implementation of drag and drop in MDL-59393 treats each of the repeated events as individual events rather than a group so dragging one doesn't affect the others.

      We may want to change that so that dragging one gives the user the option to have it affect the entire series.
