Course Overview Block Displays HTML Character Codes

      Test on clean and boost.
      1. Log in as admin, or any other user with privilege to change course name.
      2. Go to a course you are enrolled in, and change the name adding & character to the full name and short name and save.
      3. Create an assignment setting the name using & character.
      4. Go to Dashboard and switch between views on my overview block
      5. Make sure all view (In progress, Future and Past) displays the course name correctly.
      6. Try to resize the window, make sure in all cases, the name of the course and activity are displayed correctly.

      Newly upgraded to 3.3.1 and notice on the Dashboard course names in the Course Overview block are displaying HTML character codes instead of the actual symbol. I have a course named Faith & Finances but it displays & amp; instead of the & symbol in the course name. To duplicate:

      1. Create a course with a name containing the ampersand. Make sure course settings are such that course will appear in the Course Overview block on the dashboard.
      2. Go to Course Overview block on the dashboard. You may need to click Timeline --> Sort by courses or Courses --> Future to see the course name in the list.

      Interesting to note that course names are displaying correctly in the My Courses menu and Breadcrumb, just not the overview block.
