Coding error detected when downloading grading worksheet

      1. Visit a course.
      2. Enrol a few students.
      3. Create a new assignment with the following -
        • "Feedback types", tick "Offline grading worksheet", untick all other feedback types.
        • "Grade" set "Grade type" to "None".
      4. Click "Save and display".
      5. Click "View all submissions".
      6. From the "Grading action" drop-down menu, select "Download grading worksheet".
      7. Open the downloaded worksheet
      8. Verify there is one row for each student in the course.
