      1. Create a course.
      2. Insert a feedback activity into your course.
      3. Add a multiple choice (rated) question to your course.
      4. Name the options somehow and set 1/, 2/ and 3/ as values.
      5. Push "Save question".
      6. As admin, go to "Language customization" (admin/tool/customlang/index.php).
      7. In the pulldown menu, select the language you are testing in, then click the "Open language pack to edit" button, when loaded click the "Continue" button.
      8. In "Show strings of these components", select "feedback.php" in the "mod" section, in "String identifier" write "multichoiceoption". Click the "Show strings" button.
      9. Change

        <span class="weight">({$a->weight}) </span>{$a->name}


        to

        {$a->name}

      10. Save and have the change taken over to your local language pack.
      11. Return to the feedback activity.
      12. Confirm that there's no value in parentheses between the radio box and the label any more.
