When a teacher has entered a whole number in the marks for a question needing manual grading such as essays, sometimes the numbers are not exactly what the teacher has originally entered as displayed during editing the grades.

As an example, when 2 is entered and saved, it is displayed as 1.9999 when editing the grades.
