In the /user/edit.php page, there is a checkbox that ask if the user wants to delete the image.
In fact the string used here is juste 'Delete'.

During an accessibility audit we were asked to improve the meaning of this by changing 'Delete' to 'Delete the image'.
Since this string (named 'delete' in /lang/en/moodle.php) is used elsewhere, we had to change the name and add a translation.
