The 'select all/none' link on the database export page is not always necessary

      1. Create a database activity.
      2. Add a text input field to the database activity.
      3. Click on 'Export'
      4. Ensure 'Select all/none' is not shown.
      5. Add a file field to the database activity.
      6. Click on 'Export'
      7. Ensure 'Select all/none' is not shown (file fields can not be exported).
      8. Add another text input field to the database activity.
      9. Click on 'Export'
      10. Ensure 'Select all/none' is shown.
      11. Confirm when clicking on it it triggers between checking the fields and unchecking them.

      It looks odd if there is only one field.
