      Description

Would there be any interest for an additional option for mod_folder controlling the area file size limit?

In my humble opinion, this is useful in the situation that some limited trust users are granted "mod/folder:managefiles" but not "mod/folder:addinstance". With such an option we'd be able to prevent the folder from being misused/abused.

If there is any chance this would be considered for integration in core, I'd be happy to produce a branch and submit it for peer review. Considering the function "file_is_draft_area_limit_reached()" already exists, this seems pretty straight forward.

If I haven't been clear, please don't hesitate to ask for details.
