MathJAX Accessibility extensions are disabled by default.

      Ensure all settings for the mathjax filter are set to the admin defaults. 

      Set the mathjax url setting to https://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/mathjax/2.7.2/MathJax.js

      Ensure the mathjax filter is enabled (should be by default).

      Add a label to a course with some maths content like ( \pi ).

      Ensure the label displays the maths correctly (this example should show the proper symbol for pi).

      Right click on the label and enable all the options under accessibility.

      Reload the page.

      Ensure the label still displays the maths correctly.

      Check the javascript console for any errors relating to mathjax (should be none).

    Description

      In the final minutes we disabled mathjax accessibility extensions in the default config because there was a bug in the latest mathjax version.
