Survey ODS download cuts off text of responses after paragraph mark

    Description

      1. Create critical incidents survey.
      2. log in as student and submit responses with more than one paragraph.
      3. Login as a teacher, access the survey and follow the 'View xx survey responses' link.
      4. Click the download link then select the ODS format to download the data.
      5. Download the file, open it, and check that it contains all the required data.
