    Description

Using theme Boost and its new implementation of BS4 CSS classes in forms, it is hard for theme designers to modify the UI styles in such a way that each multi choice question answer, 3 field set of form fields, stand out one from the other, to allow the quiz question creator to easily distinguish, visually, between the sets of question answers while editing the multi choice question type.

Currently, it all looks like a condensed set of form fields, which is hard to quickly tell where one question answer start and where it ends. (see attached screen capture)

Feels like a UI regression compared to older Moodle versions.

Suggestion, add some CSS designer friendly (and helpful) classes for each one of the question answer fields: Choice, Grade, Feedback.
