Merge 'I press on' with 'I click on "[name]" "button"'

We're seeing some spurious and random failures with the 'I Press on "[name]"" step.
We don't see them with 'I click on "[name]" "button"'

What then happens is that a scenario sets up data, and as part of it presses a button such as "Save" or "Save changes" and then immediately logs out, or does something where the lack of page reload is not picked up.
As a result, a later step fails, which makes finding the issue rather difficult.

Unfortunately, the fails are fairly random, and will often pass on the rerun.

It may be that this has been going on for a while, but we don't notice.
