Put the group picture and description back on the participants page.

      1. Edit a course and set 'Group mode' to Visible groups
      2. In a course create four groups.
      3. Group 1
        • Add a description and add an image (in the description, this may require setting the description format to HTML format, saving and then editing again). Add a picture for the group.
      4. Group 2
        • Add a description, but no image. Make the description only one line. Add a picture for the group.
      5. Group 3
        • Add a description. Add an image to the description if you like. Do not add a picture for the group.
      6. Group 4
        • Do nothing.
      7. In both Boost and Clean (on the course participants page):
        1. Select Group 1 in the filter.
        2. Check that the group image, group name, and group description is shown, as well as an icon to edit the settings.
        3. Select Group 2 in the filter.
        4. Check that the group image, group name, and group description is shown, as well as an icon to edit the settings. Check that the border for the group information is not overlapped with the group image.
        5. Select Group 3 in the filter.
        6. Check that the group name, and group description is shown, as well as an icon to edit the settings.
        7. Select Group 4 in the filter.
        8. No box should be shown when group 4 is selected.
      8. In both Boost and Clean (Right to Left language) on the course participants page:
        1. Select Group 1 in the filter.
        2. Check that the group image, group name, and group description is shown, as well as an icon to edit the settings.
        3. Select Group 2 in the filter.
        4. Check that the group image, group name, and group description is shown, as well as an icon to edit the settings. Check that the border for the group information is not overlapped with the group image.
        5. Select Group 3 in the filter.
        6. Check that the group name, and group description is shown, as well as an icon to edit the settings.
        7. Select Group 4 in the filter.
        8. No box should be shown when group 4 is selected.
      9. Log in as a student.
      10. Check each of the groups. Make sure that you can see the group information but that the edit icon is not displayed.
      11. Edit the course settings and change 'Group mode' to Separate groups.
      12. Log in as a student.
      13. Check that you no longer see any information about the groups.

      In Moodle 3.3 and earlier when a group filter is applied the group picture and description are shown.

      The description can contain valuable information such as how to become a member of that group, or in the case of the Moodle.org forums, what each of the icons means next to a posters name (e.g. Moodle HQ).
