mod_choice: Select all functionality not working when viewing responses

      1. Login as a teacher and navigate to a course.
      2. Create a choice activity with at least 2 choices
      3. Enrol at least 4 students s1, s2, s3 and s4 into the course.
      4. Login as s1. Select the first choice.
      5. Login as s2. Select the second choice.
      6. Login as the teacher again.
      7. View the responses
      8. Click the "Select all"
        • Confirm that all of the checkboxes for the respondents are checked.
      9. Click "Deselect all"
        • Confirm that all of the checkboxes for the respondents are unchecked.

Login as s2. Select the second choice. Login as the teacher again. View the responses Click the "Select all" Confirm that all of the checkboxes for the respondents are checked. Click "Deselect all" Confirm that all of the checkboxes for the respondents are unchecked.

      The functionality which ticks or unticks all checkboxes when clicking the Select all or Deselect all elements when viewing the response overview is broken. Caused by deprecating checkall and checknone functions in MDL-57490.
