JS missing for upcoming events block

      2. Open a course
      3. Add some calendar events in the next few days
      4. Add the upcoming events block to the course
      5. Add the calendar block to the course
      6. Click on the title of an event in the upcoming view
        1. Confirm that the summary modal was displayed
      7. Click edit
        1. Confirm that the edit modal was displayed with correct info
      8. Change the title of the event and save
        1. Confirm that the upcoming block updated with the change
        2. Confirm that the mini calendar block updated with the change
      9. View your calendar
      10. Add the upcoming block
      11. Click on the title of an event in the upcoming view
        1. Confirm that the summary modal was displayed
      12. Click edit

    Description

      I just discovered that clicking on events in the upcoming block causes a page reload to the day view, rather than opening the summary dialogue.
      This functionality is meant to be there, but it seems it was missed during dev.
