    Description

      As highlighted by germanvaleroelizondo in the discussion Is there a new syntax for writing addresses for Moodle 3.4 ? the use of square brackets etc. for links is confusing to translators. They're used to HTML mark-up.

      Thus, it would be good if registermoodlenet could be changed to use HTML mark-up for the links. (The asterix bullet points are no problem!)
