Security of admin accounts by 2FA

Given the increase globally in cyber-crime, it is becoming really important to be able to secure accounts (especially admin accounts or those of teachers) with additional security, such as two-factor authentication. 

I think that 2FA would greatly increase the security of Moodle accounts and prevent data breaches.
