Add an info message about insights being just predictions based on previous cases

      Setup
      1. Install moodle-local_testanalytics in your moodle instance's "local" folder 

        git clone git://github.com/dmonllao/moodle-local_testanalytics testanalytics

      2. Create a course C1 without any user enrolled in it.
      3. Go to "Site administration > Analytics > Analytics settings" and disable Analytics processes execution via command line only setting
      Non-prediction insights report
      1. Go to "Site administration > Analytics > Analytics models"
      2. Execute "Actions > Get predictions" for the "No teaching" model.
      3. Select "All predictions" on the "No teaching" model's "Insights" column.
        • Confirm that you see C1 listed.
        • Confirm that you don't see a message about this insight being just a prediction.

      1. Go to "Site administration > Analytics > Analytics models"
      2. Execute "Actions > Get predictions" for the "Binary" model.
      3. Select "All predictions" on the "No teaching" model's "Insights" column.
        • Confirm that you see a message about this insight being just a prediction.

      Based on a comment by ralfh in https://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=360398 How can we communicate realistic expectations about the information/predictions that models can create. Analytics is not the fortune tellers glas ball. But some people will think it will do it and have expectations that are not realistic.

      I proposed to add an information message in the insights page of models that are based on previous experiences (not in models based on assumptions)

      I leave the issue open to other suggestions and/or to text proposals.
