Please follow the excellent steps to reproduce below. (I did not see any value in copying and pasting them.) Pleave verify that the already working cases still work, and the one that was broken now gives a sensible message - well, fairly sensible. I re-used the same string that is used elsewhere in Moodle for this case.

      Description

      Setup course as follows

      • Enrolments
        • Group 1
          • Student 1
          • Teacher 1
        • Group 2
          • Student 2
        • Group 3
          • Teacher 3
        • (No Group)
          • Teacher 2
          • Student 3
      • Activity
        • A single quiz with Group Mode = Separate Groups
      • Role Capabilities
        • Teacher role has "Access all groups" (moodle/site:accessallgroups) as "Not Set"

      Step

      • Add a quiz submission for each of the three students.
      • As each teacher, access the quiz results page (/mod/quiz/report... mode=overview)

      Expected Result

      • Teacher 1 sees submissions against Group 1
      • Teacher 2 sees a message indicating they are not a member of a group (necessary when 'separate groups' is used)
      • Teacher 3 sees a message indicating there are not students in the group yet.

      Actual Result

      • Teacher 1 - as expected
      • Teacher 2 sees a message stating: "No students enrolled in this course yet"
      • Teacher 3 - as expected
