Whilst this will be tested by CiBoT, this should also be manually tested since this is a random failure. It's really not hard.

Open lib/external/externallib.php and find the update_inplace_editable function

Add a 3 second sleep to the top of the function

Run the "Inline edit section name in weeks format" scenario found in course/format/weeks/tests/behat/edit_delete_sections.feature

Where an inplace editable takes some time to complete, this can cause a test fail (e.g. if the test verifies the change).
