Assignment submission confirmation message is misaligned

      Testing steps:

      1. As Admin create new / use existing Course
      2. As Admin / Teacher create an Assignment.
      3. Tick "Online text" for "Submission types"
      4. Under "Submission settings", set "Require students to click the submit button" to "Yes"
      5. Login as a student and make a submission to the assignment.
      6. Click on the "Submit assignment" button.
      7. The message  "Are you sure you want to submit your work for grading? You will not be able to make any more changes." should be aligned to the left within the mform.
      8. The "Continue" and "Cancel" buttons should be aligned to the left within the mform.
      9. The Navigation Header (breadcrumbs) should be consistent with the previous Assignment Submission status page, and display "Confirm submission".
      10. The page should display "((Assignment name))" and "Confirm submission" as separate headings.
        • e.g.
      11. Repeat testing steps from Step 4, but this time also tick the "Require that students accept the submission statement" setting.
      12. As a Student, in Step 10 you should see a checkbox and message "This assignment is my own work, except where I have acknowledged the use of the works of other people." aligned to the left.

        • Expected: It should be centre-aligned with respect to its main container.
        • Actual: It's not centre-aligned.
