Set up

Login as teacher in a course with two or more students.

Create a SCORM activity using this file.

Log in as student.

Attempt the SCORM activity.

Testing

Access to the SCORM activity 'Interactions report' section.

Check columns with empty responses are shown correctly.

Try downloading the report in ODS, Excel and text formats.

Make sure they contain correct data and & n b p s ; doesn't apper on empty rows.

Download an interaction report with multiple attempts. You would notice that rows with empty responses are replaced by

{& n b s p ;}

instead of being empty.
