      1. Navigate to the plugins overview
      2. Uninstall both the PHP and Python machine learning backends (be sure to remove them from disk too!)
      3. Browse to the admin search and enter any search string
      4. On the results page you should not see any error.

      Description

      On a fresh install:

      1. Navigate to the plugins overview
      2. Uninstall both the PHP and Python machine learning backends (be sure to remove them from disk too!)
      3. Browse to the admin search and enter any search string
      4. On the results page you will see the error: Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/cameron/moodles/dev-master-pgsql/moodle/lib/adminlib.php on line 3007
