Seems that student and activity action links/buttons (highlighted on the attached screen capture) are set to aria-hidden="true" and are not read by the screen reader. (referring FA <I> element) and the only action icon that is read by the screen reader is the "Sort" icon that is wrapped with an <A> element that has a "title" property.

Check was done with ChromeVox.

Suggesting adding a "title" property to all other action links/icons on that page.
