Global Search: Replace course search form with global search

      Setup

      1. Create a site with a number of courses
      2. Navigate to Site administration -> Plugins -> Search -> Manage global search
      3. Follow the steps to setup the "Simple search" search engine
      4. Ensure that the site is indexed

      Testing

      1. Disable global search
      2. Enter a valid course name into course search
        1. TEST: course search display same results as now
      3. Enable global search
      4. Enter a valid course name into course search
        1. TEST: course search now displays global search results

      For instances with Global search enabled re-route the functionality of the course search (/course/search.php) to the main global search page. This is to provide a unified search interface for users. This issue has MDL-60913 as a prerequisite.

      It is likely that the list of courses provided by /admin/blocks.php amd admin/modules.php will remain the same. This is to provide Admins with a simple consistent list of courses that use blocks or modules.
