Description

As spotted by ghillenb, in Moodle 3.4, the new Participants / Enrolled users page has a 'Moodle Docs for this page' link to http://docs.moodle.org/34/en/course/view/topics.

It would be good if it could link to /enrol/users (as for the Enrolled users page in 3.3) or similar, so that we can provide appropriate documentation i.e. redirect to Participants.
