Mixing hideif and disabledif conditions does not work

    • Testing Instructions:
      Hide
      • Place the attached script formhideifdisablediftestpage.php in your Moodle root folder
      • Visit [site]/formhideifdsiablediftestpage.php
      • Set 'Select yesno example' to Yes
        • 'Test eq hideif' should be visible
        • 'Test eq disabledif' should not be disabled
      • Set 'Select yesno example' to No
        • 'Test eq hideif' should be hidden
        • 'Test eq disabledif' should be disabled

      If there is a Moodle form hideif condition dependent on the same element as a disabledif condition, then the disabledif condition is removed.
