On the settings form, when it first loads, the "After the attempt is close" review options should all be disabled.

Set a close date.

Now, all the "After the attempt is close" review options should all be enabled.

Start adding a quiz to a course. On the settings form, when it first loads, the "After the attempt is close" review options should all be disabled. Set a close date. Now, all the "After the attempt is close" review options should all be enabled.

If the quiz does not have a close date, the 'After the quiz is closed' review options are meaningless on the form, and should be disabled.
