Test in Boost and Clean.

Create a Course.

Create a Lesson activity in the Course.

Add several (more than one) questions to the Lesson.

Go to Lesson > Reports > Detailed statistics.

make sure the sizing of the columns of each question table is consistent.

In Lesson > Reports > Detailed Statistics, the sizing of the columns for each question seems to be inconsistent (See attachment).

Most likely a CSS issue triggers this behaviour, as I've noticed that unnecessary data has been concatenated to the column's style of each table.
