Standard enrolment plugins use legacy cron

1) Upgrade the enrollment plugins 2) Go to site administration -> Server -> Scheduled tasks. Check if there is a task for each of the each of the following plugins enrol_category enrol_cohort enrol_manual enrol_meta enrol_paypal enrol_self 3) Execute each of the tasks individually and confirm it runs successfully 4) Execute cron and check in the output that the scheduled tasks for each of the enabled enrollment plugin is triggered according to the time schedule set
