Log in as an admin. Go to " Site administration / Users / Permissions / User policies " Tick all of the user profile fields listed in " Show user identity " Save changes. Create a user s1. Make sure to put values in the following profile fields: ID number Email address Phone Mobile phone Department Institution City/town Country Create a course C1 and enrol s1. Enrol some more students, too. Enrol an editing teacher t1 into the course. Login as t1. Create a choice activity in C1 with at least 2 choice options. View the choice activity. Click on the View responses link. Click on the " Download ODS format " button. Confirm that the choice responses are exported to an ODS file. Open the ODS file (e.g. using LibreOffice Calc). Confirm that the columns pertaining to the user profile fields are properly filled out. Repeat the last 2 steps for the " Download in Excel format " and " Download in text format " buttons.
