The teacher can add a description to an assignment. On top of that, some "Additional files" can be uploaded by the teacher (in a dedicated file area distinct from the Description WYSIWYG editor).

The problem is that if the student clicks the link "add submission" on the block_myoverview notification, he lands on the Edit Submission view (instead of the Assignment Overview view), which displays the description text, but not the files.

Steps to reproduce:

1. as a teacher, create an assignment with a description and additional files, and set the "completion expected by" to a date in the near future
2. check that both the description and the additional files show on the assignment overview page
3. as a student, browse to this assignment
4. check that both description and the file tree are displayed
5. browse to the dashboard, where you should see a notification about this specific assignment
6. clicking the assignment name browses to the assignment overview, where both description and file tree are displayed
7. BUT clicking the "submit assignment" link browses to the "edit submission" view, where the description is displayed but NOT the file tree
