Exporting glossary entries should preserve tags

      1. Make sure glossary tags are enabled in Appearance -> Manage tags
      2. Create and glossary and add a couple entries.
      3. Add some tags to one of the entries.
      4. Select export entries and save file.
      5. Import entries from the file (try both create new glossary and importing into current glossary).
      6. Verify that tags were preserved.
      7. Disable glossary tags in settings and verify import and export of entries still works without errors.

      Description

      Tagging was supported for glossary entries in 3.3, but the tag information is not stored when entries are are exported as an xml file.
