Setting course enrolment method cohort does not work for csv upload

    Description

      It should be possible to define a course enrolment method while uploading a csv file. There are several entry options like
      enrolment_[number] that defines the enrolment method. For cohort enrolment 'cohort' should be correct

      For cohort enrolment its required to define also the id of the cohort that should be enrolled. enrolment_[number]_[property] should be correct. But neither 'id' nor 'ID' for [property] works.

      Did we misunderstand the feature or is this a bug.?
