Log in as admin Create a course (C1) in the Miscellaneous category Create a quiz activity (Quiz1) in C1 View Quiz1 Open the question bank from Quiz1 edit cog > question bank Go to the "Questions" tab Expand the "Select a category" drop-down menu Verify that you see the following structure: Quiz: Quiz1 Top for Quiz1 Default for Quiz1 Course: C1 Top for C1 Default for C1 Category: Miscellaneous Top for Miscellaneous Default for Miscellaneous System Top for System Default for System Go to the "Categories" tab Verify that you see the same structure when you expand the "Parent category" drop-down menu in the "Add category" form
