User Tour: Include ATTO text editor

      1. As admin, navigate to user tours management ( Site administration > Appearance > User tours)
      2. Click one of the usertours names, and then click on one of the steps.
      3. Make sure the step Content field shows an Atto editor.
      4. Modify the text in a rich way (make it bold or add a link) and save it.
      5. Scroll the list of steps to see the content was changed.
      6. Reset the tour.
      7. Navigate to the relevant page in Moodle, to view this recently updated content.

      Description

      The user tour in 3.4 is a great addition, but I am unable to add links in the content box to our support site. The text box is just text with no formatting or hyperlinks. Can ATTO be used for the content box?
