Cannot create tables in Atto for database templates

      1. Create a database activity.
      2. Insert at least a field.
      3. Go to templates and "List template".
      4. Using the Atto editor, click on the text field for the header.
      5. Try to create a new table with Atto (you have to activate "Show more buttons").
      6. With the patch, Atto should now show the "Create table" dialog.

      Using Atto, you cannot create tables in templates for the database activity. Atto does not show the dialog for creating a table.
      The problem is that the database activity uses HTML tables for styling on the template pages and Atto does not deal with that correctly.
