Review the buttons added by the RecordRTC atto plugin

      For a fresh Moodle 3.5 site:

      Set up

      1. Create a fresh site from integration master, using Boost theme.
      2. Log in as admin.
      3. Create a new course (c1).

      Testing

      1. Open the course and click Announcements.
      2. Click Add a new topic.
      3. In the Message section, CONFIRM the five media icons on the right of the message toolbar have icons in the following order, and with the following mouseover text:
        1 - Image icon: "Insert or edit image".
        2 - File-video icon: "Insert or edit an audio/video file".
        3 - Microphone icon: "Record audio".
        4 - Video icon: "Record video".
        5 - Files icon: "Manage files".
      4. Also CONFIRM clicking each of the icons opens the expected tool (eg clicking the video icon open the record video tool).
      5. Navigate to [yoursite]/admin/settings.php?section=editorsettingsatto.
      6. Scroll down to Toolbar config and CONFIRM the line in the config, as well as the Default text below the textarea show the files row as follows:
        files = image, media, recordrtc, managefiles
      7. Update the site theme to Clean, and repeat steps 1-6. Clean does not support FontAwesome icons, so will display the equivalent SVG/PNG format icons (which should look the same, but be grey instead of black).

      For upgrading a site:

      Set up

      1. Create a fresh site from stable master.
      2. Log in as admin.
      3. Navigate to [yoursite]/admin/settings.php?section=editorsettingsatto.
      4. Scroll down to Toolbar config. If the files row is not as follows, update it to match:
        files = image, media, managefiles, recordrtc
      5. Click Save changes at the bottom of the page.
      6. Create a new course (c1).
      7. Open the course and click Announcements.
      8. Click Add a new topic.
      9. In the Message section, check the five media icons on the right of the message toolbar match the default stable master format:

      1. Upgrade the site using integration master.
      2. Follow the testing procedure steps 1-6 from "For a fresh Moodle 3.5 site" above. This ensures the upgrade process is updating media icons in the same way they will appear for a brand new site.
