Embedded YouTube videos do not have Closed Captioning capability when using VideoJS as player

      Don't use VideoJS as the player for YouTube videos or link to the YouTube video instead of displaying it in the course.

      1. Insure YouTube IS selected at (site)/admin/settings.php?section=mediasettingvideojs
      2. Create a course
      3. Add a label resource (practically any resource or activity will work)
      4. Using the Atto editor click on the "Media" icon
      5. In the Link tab, for the Source URL enter any YouTube video which supports Closed Captioning
      6. Click "Insert media" then "Save and return to course"
      7. Play the video just added. Note that no "CC" button is visible thereby not allowing Closed Captioning text to display.

      YouTube videos, when added via the Atto editor Media icon, do not allow for Closed Captioning text to be displayed.  This occurs when VideoJS is selected as the YouTube video player.
