Install a new site, create a course and log in as admin Go to "site admin > users > privacy and policies > data registry" Check that you see an INFO message (blue) informing you about the data registry. You will see another message (a warning) but you can ignore it, it is not part of this issue's testing Go to "Edit > Purposes" and add a new purpose Go "Back" and "Edit > Categories" and add a new category Back in the data registry, assign this new purpose and new category to "Site" You SHOULD NOT see the info and warning anymore after refreshing the page. Select a course (under Miscellaneous category) Check that all fields have info messages Press "Set defaults" button All category and purpose fields SHOULD have info messages
