Buttons are not centred in quiz confirmation modal when using Boost

      1. install patch and purge caches
      2. login as admin
      3. add a course and a quiz with one question or more or use an existing quiz
      4. answer the quiz questions
      5. click the submit all and finish button
      6. verify the notification popup shows the action buttons centered
      7. repeat test using theme clean
