Keep selected users, even if they no longer match the search only keeps one user

      1. Create four users
        1. Jack Jones
        2. Jill Jones
        3. Bob Smith
        4. Sue Smith
      2. Navigate to Users > Accounts > Cohorts
      3. Create new cohort
      4. Click the Assign icon next to your new cohort
      5. Under Search options tick Keep selected users, even if they no longer match the search
      6. Search for Smith
      7. Select both Bob & Sue (use Ctrl+Click)
      8. Search for Jones
        1. Confirm Jack & Jill are listed under Potential matching users
        2. Confirm Bob & Sue are listed under Previously matching users not matching 'Jones'
        3. Confirm Bob & Sue are both still selected

      Description

      When adding / removing users from a Cohort and searching for users, with the "Keep selected users, even if they no longer match the search" search option selected, if you search for a term and select multiple users, and then you then search for another term only one of the selected users is kept.
