      1. Purge Moodle caches
      2. Login as admin
      3. Go to a course
      4. Go to the Participants page.
      5. Click "Enrol users"
      6. Click "Show more"
      7. Verify the shown fields are styled like any other form field
      8. Go back to the course page.
      9. Add an external tool activity
      10. On the settings form, click the "Show more" link
      11. Verify the shown fields are styled like any other form field
