Header misalignment, probably caused by small logo

      1. purge Moodle caches
      2. Refresh the page and wait for it to completely finish loading
      3. login as admin
      4. navigation to site administration > appearance > logos
      5. upload an image that is at least bigger than 100px width / height in the compact logo field
      6. verify the log is displayed correctly (not overflowing the navbar)
