      • As a teacher, create an assignment with assignfeedback_editpdf enabled.
      • As a student, submit a multi-page PDF (or something that would be converted to one).
      • As a teacher, grade the assignment submission using the individual grading interface.
      • Mouse over the previous and next page navigation buttons and verify that their keyboard shortcuts are displayed as title text.
      • Use the keyboard shortcuts to navigate through the document and verify that they work as indicated.

      Description

      In the PDF annotation interface, each of the toolbar buttons has a keyboard shortcut which is revealed by the button's alt/title text. However, in the case of the previous/next page navigation buttons the shortcut text is missing, making it difficult for the user to know which keys to use.
